Biden is not “ready”
Obama attempted to dissuade Biden, his VP, from running for president twice with this election being the second time.
Biden has aged significantly over the past few years.
In the last presidential debate he started off fine, but had issues as it progressed. He cannot handle this, period. Full stop. It took him several days of rest just to do that.
And, yet, many people have already voted for him. The US president handles the nuclear football and even Hillary demonstrated she could not be counted on in her own declaration that a president should be able to handle a crisis at 2am or thereabouts.
